Weren't we promised an update and a new PPC module soon? This was over 6 months ago and not only have they not provided a small update (like a SpyView for IP/Referrer checks) but they haven't put out the PPC module either.

Robert seems like a good guy but the lack of news makes me wonder about the integrity of this company.

I know for Support he is awesome, I sent in a ticket to ask something and was replied to quickly.

Well the lack of cost to use CPVLab makes me wonder how he makes enough money to justify upgrade work and support. I don't see why he isn't charging $97/mo or $197/mo... hell limelight is $800/mo...

CPVLab is great as a product itself, while absolutely amazing including Roberts support and help.
The guy has patience and big thanks to him for that.

Anyway, not sure what kind of PPC module you're talking about.
If there was something promised over cpvlab forum, you could probably ask there.

As for my PPC needs nothing beats CPV Lab and SpeedPPC combo.

Only feature I'm waiting for is a grouping option, plus (if they will ever consider it - different logins/priviliges - to avoid multiple installation per client/partner...

Yes, I agree his support is very good. I just wish that when he says an update is coming out soon, he actually follows through on his word.

In other words, don't mention it until you're ready to roll it out.

About to get hit with the yearly re-bill, so shot off an email to see what's in the pipe (ie: see if it's worth it to take another year of support).

Response time to ticket was great - turns out the version I'm running is 3 revisions old, and a new release is around the corner too.

Suffice it to say, I'm letting the re-bill through :)
