What file in wordpress can i edit meta tags?

Im starting my blog today, been waiting a year. I have it installed, but i want to get in and ad some meta tags, etc. Im in my FTP trying EVERY file and cannot find which one has the page title so i can put in some meta tags.. anyone know?

I will be setting up another one for a blog next week.


I have the adsense deluxe plugin installed also and its ONLY displaying ads about blogs.. i want it to display ads relevant to each blog post..

Try not to use the word blog. And "aim" your adsense to your content. You configure that part in your adsense code when you get it from google

In your adsense account ..add the url of google.com/adsense as a restricted url.

I did flick to EVERY file looking for meta tags and i couldnt find it,... in fact, i wasted 2 hours looking, thats why i asked how it was done.

Ok cool. I took the tips and setup the code to run through a channel with the description music movies world news,ect.

I pasted the new code into my blog. Stillits showing the same shitty wordpress and blog adverts.. any ideas? AdensBlog.com

Only on your main page, post pages have relevant ads. What kind of ads do you want? Try changing your title tag.
