Bah, it's not till JAN 25, It's DEC 25th! If a mod could correct the thread title, I'd appreciate it.
 
Maybe we should have a resources list for people to help get motivated and keep on track?

Things like
"Better Than Steroids" the book for figuring out your meal plan
MyFitnessPal.com for meal tracking
online bodyfat % calculators
P90X for those who don't quite know what they are doing to get results on their own (myself included)
Maybe some info on supplements, after-working recovery drinks, creatine & fat burners (when to take them)

Thoughts?

edit: fixed. PHPBB is stupid with their default forum permissions it sets.. "Registered users" was set at "Read only access", wtf?
 
alright fuckers, I think I'm gonna join this one. I'm not fat at all, so going for getting lean and adding muscle.

definitely, but you have to stick with it, and follow the meal plan, to get the results.

Tony Horton says it best - if you just do the exercises, and not the food part, at the end of the 90 days, you won't look as good as you feel.
