Website population and popularity

My website Diabetes | Cholesterol | Blood pressure | Eye disorders | Sleep disorders was started on September 2008, almost 10 months completed. The web site is about diseases (diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure, eye defects and sleep disorders) and its treatment by modern and alternative medicine. The site has more than 200 pages, home page has page rank of 3 and Alexa ranking is 5 lack 50 thousand. But I am receiving only 35 visitors per day.


I am struggling to increase the population, page rank, popularity and request your valuable advice and guidelines.

The site could look a lot better if you had tabs at the top and the articles in a drop down from there.

Kind of like my site when you scroll over the store or articles. It will look a lot better this way:

I really think you need a frameset. When I click one of the articles- the whole theme of your website changes and actually looks like a different website.

Aside from that; your site is awesome and has lots of content. That is good.
