We all know that Web 2.0 Properties are an important factor in our link building strategies. Practically all the large/expensive link building services include Web 2.0 properties as their most important element in their packages, and the going rate is $6-$10 per property. Q. How are these properties created?
A. Each property is created manually, and we use a different IP for each property. We do not use public proxies.

Review Copy

We will build 50 free properties for the first (2) eligible members. You must provide me with a spun formatted article though. To quality for the review, please have at least 500 posts and 10 itraders. Your review, either good or bad, has to be at least 5 lines long.
 


Service looks tempting but not sure on spinning only 1 unique article if you're posting the content multiple times on the same property sites. Interested in seeing other members reviews on this service as I don't meet the 500 post requirement.
 
I will take the second review.. But If I provide the spun formatted article, I can't review your content quality though right?

I can write and spin additional articles, but the charge would be $20 for each additional one. This would be a unique article which is then spun with a 70% variation.

If you provide your own articles, spun formatted and all; I will subtract $10 for each for the final price.
So let's say that for package 2, you give me 4 articles.
I will subtract $20 off the price, since you are giving me the two articles I had to write and spin, and I won't charge you for providing me with more articles to use.
 
A little confused about what you're offering.

In package 2, you mentioned 250 web 2.0 properties and then '15 different high PR Web 2.0 properties'.

Since there are only 15 different domains, where does the 250 come from? Do you mean to say you'll put 16 blog posts on each domain? (250/15)

No, the properties are spread over the 15 different sites. As you pointed out, since 15 doesn't go into 250, some of the properties will be used once more than the others.
 
you're putting wayy to much stuff on the same domains, whatever happened to domain/ip diversity.
 
Sevice offer is really nice & great potential to improve SERP for larger packages. If OP delivers as metioned, this thread would become one of the busiest on wickedfire. All the best Mariya ! Waiting for reviews....
 
Review:

Pros: Delivered exactly what she said she would, got a total of 50 properties all with live links. Images were used on the properties and all the web 2.0 sites used are of quality.

Cons: The only con is that the review copy didn't come with an article written and spun by mariya and her team so it's impossible to tell what that quality will be like. Truth be told it should be pretty good and even if it isn't then you have the replacement gaurantee anyway.

Serp movement: This term I am already ranking #3 for (sometimes #2) so I am not really expecting any movement for to be honest. I only choose this site because it's the only site that I had a prespun article ready for.

Will I order again? Yup. Going to order a 100 package right now.
 
Review

As Tencent mentioned above, the review copy was for creating those properties Manually.

I provided the spun article, so I can't review the quality of the Article so too Bad.

But she had a top notch communication.
Earlier, some of the properties used my known handle as the username based on my email. Once I pointed that out, she had those corrected. That is the quality fo a good service provider .

ALl the properties were of good quality.
She checked the spin and it was all good.
She used some very good quality Images. She used different images that were spunned across the properties.

Overall good work. I already got 5 pings to my website.

it's funny how misleading this AD is: $1 per property? yet minimum amount is $100?

The worst part is you have only 15 properties, one would think the minimum tryout would be at $15 to honor your darn Ad title. SO THANKS BUT NO THANKS.

My title is not misleading, all it says is that my properties cost less than $1.00 each, which is entirely true. I didn't list any MOQ in my title, so you can't hold my 100 MOQ against me.

One other thing, I'm offering the lowest possible price for quality properties. I have to at least accept 100 property orders to make it worthwhile for me to work at less than $1 a property. Same exact thing as going to China, and expecting to purchase 15x USB at 20c each, awhile the MOQ is 500 USB's for that price. It's simply not worth it for the supplier to sell you the USB at such a low price with such a low quantity.

If you want me to build 15 properties. Then I'll charge you the going rate on WickedFire, which would be $45 for the 15. This is FAIR, since this is where my current competition is at.
