That asian woman (his wife) in the photo had him walking around in a dress prior to the photo and Cakes just changed back.
It's actually a funny story really.
His Wife was talking with that girl pointing and they stole his viking cap when he was off getting a drink and before they'd tell him where the cap was, he had to prance around in a dress like on a runway. She's pointing where the cap was hidden. That's why Cakes is bending down and squinting, because he's thinking, "damn, I have to climb up there?"
Oh, and that douche in the background with his mouth open was hitting on Cakes before he changed back and felt violated when he learned it was a guy.
Joking, you know Cakes would scare everyone off in heels.
