Vision insurance?

Hey guys,

I'm 6 months into self employment and it's time for an eye exam. What does everyone do for vision insurance? Any good deals out there?

what's an eye exam? $150. Glasses about $350.

So unless you are paying less than that and it includes glasses is it worth it?
 
shiiiiiiiiit you can go to the mall and get an eye exam for 40 bucks at a glasses store and glasses starting at like 49 bucks
 
What the other guys said, eye exams and contacts and/or glasses are not worth getting insurance over.

Also - Any major trauma to your eyes will likely be covered under your general health insr
