this skin for WF has been pimped out, all the buttons, icons ect have been made for this forum. It's the original vb skin, just different colors.

Thanks

Hey that's great. Congratulations for a well done pimped!

I've an inlineskaters forum in Argentina, it's very like this one.
But it's build on invision board. (http://www.patinenlinea.com.ar)
I'm looking to migrate to vbulletin and need a template like this, if you wanna share this with me would be great.

Thanks!

I doubt Jon is going to share this custom skin.

I doubt you'll find anyone that wants to share their 'custom' skin. People pay good money to stand out from the crowd, not to have other sites look just like theirs.

I would looking into buying a cheap VBskin from one of these sites, and maybe change the colors if you want it to look a little different. It's a pretty cheap way to make your VB forum look a little better, and customized towards our subject.

Here's some food for thought.. WF is now a Trademark. Steal anything, and you will die. Capeesh?

You trademarked the WF logo and images not the complete theme correct. If you did trademark the theme i am curious as to how u did that.

I believe you don't have to do anything to legally protect your theme, design, or content. It is all automatically copyrighted the moment you create it and is automatically protected by law. However, many still say you should go ahead and trademark and/or copyright whatever you can so that you have even more ammo to use against people that steal your stuff.

I am not a lawyer or anything though, so please do correct me if I'm wrong.

the reason you need the trademark and copyright is to protect yourself from the "i made it first" stuff that goes on. Without it you will have a tough time and big legal bills to prove otherwise.

That is correct. I can't remember what it is called, but it protects artists, writers and such. The only thing you have to prove (in the court's eye) is that you did it first. *****I'm not a lawyer either, but that is my understanding. So, don't try and sue me you greedy bitches.

I don't know who "Peter T Davis" is, but it's just a redirect, and petertdavis.net and wickedfire.net are registered through different registrars. Somebody knowing that Jon has a trademark on the Wicked Fire name, and that he would not be happy about somebody owning his .net could have bought the domain and forwareded it to petertdavis' domain to fuck with him. If Jon gave a shit though, I don't think he'd have too much of a problem taking the owner to court and getting rights to the domain... being that he owns the trademark to the name, and has since before the domain was registered.

I don't get why Jon wouldn't spend the $6 on registering the .net though, that's kind of odd.

Someone is going to be getting a C&D from my lawyer, and if not removed, they will be sued for copyright/trademark infringement and all sorts of fun damages, including my legal fees, which will be pretty expensive. End of story.

The person who is doing it thinks that by hiding behind the whoisguard crap, just letting you know, that when I do find out who you are (if this isn't removed and redicted back to here) I will make you my personal hobby and have lots of fun with you. I will bet, that when a C&D or a call from my lawyer is sent over to them, that they drop their guard and fork over the info. I've seen it done tons of times. So the question remains.. is it worth getting fucked over for a very long time just to play a stupid joke? I've got lots of time and money to waste on it, so I'll give the owner of this 30 days to comply. Starting right now.

"Who should we give this one too?" "Not to any of our paison, give it to a Jew congressman in another district."

Is that a godfather quote? Sounds very familiar..
