We use content from your site, programs like audacity/ispeech and background music to create the audio (if you do not supply it). We've tested different type of audio files to get a good stick rate. I just checked a report from 1 month ago and all 20 links are still live .

Feel free to add your second keyword in the comments box. I would not recommend targeting more than 2 keywords per package.

We have tested this service on our own sites prior to launch. And we have seen great results for extremely competitive keywords. Especially in combination with our Image Link package. From my experience it does take 2 to 3 weeks for Google to digest changes and rank you correctly.
