Have you considered culture might play a huge part in the "black plight?"
That's been the main point that many here (including myself) have been making all along, i.e. that Black culture (or Nurture - what's been taught or valued in a specific culture, etc) was the main problem. That it's not about Nature (i.e. dna/genetics, that you're born with some sort of greater tendency for violence or aggression or with a lower IQ).

What explains the fact that the wheel was never invented in sub-Saharan Africa? Culture? That seems like a pretty unbiased IQ test right there.

Also, I recall reading a book from a guy who moved to Africa. He said that African languages didn't have words for degrees of things. For example, when he was in a hospital he asked an African to turn the TV down. To them, there was either off or on. No degree of loudness.
