The Gig
Ok. I asked this UK based writer to show me his writing skills in a review that I took for free. The topic was fair and easy and was related to SEO itself. Nothing special in the gig as it was a standard 300 oddish word review.

The Delivery
Turnaround time was not too good. It was a simple article that did not need much research and it took him quite a while to get it done. Perhaps some other issues came in the way. But great people know how to separate their professional lives from their personal ones. Not that I am saying that family comes second but what I really wanted was a heads up notice that it can take a while.

The Job
Reading the first paragraph alone will say that the content is really not native English. It would be ideal for people that need content on an ASAP basis. But then again, the turnaround time is really not that good without any prior notice. There were a few grammatical errors in the content and Im really not convinced that it could be native English. Or perhaps it’s the way the English talk. No hard and fast rule but the content needs to be improved.

The Recommendation
It’s really difficult to recommend this service to anyone at the moment. I can’t figure out in what bracket it would fit. The writing is not bad neither is it excellent. It just above par somewhere. I would like to tell anyone purchasing from this guy to finalize a turnaround time and avoid paying up full 100%. A 50-50 buyout would be recommended till he earns some reputation here.

The Cons
Turnaround time was slack and the content was not ideally good for an informational read. It’s OK for basic SEO writing but I would not vouch on it. Overall, it has been an OK experience. Nothing else to complain about.

Bit of a harsh review! I admit the delivery was not brilliant but I had some paid content that I needed to deliver, obviously, it goes without saying that my paid customers come first because they have paid me.

Yeah the review was pretty harsh. For the price, the article is pretty good. Not sure why new writers will give reviews to other competing writers. Doesn't make much sense. Reviews should be given to potential buyers, not competitors.

Can you write with spin syntax?

I have never written spun articles for anyone, but have spun articles for my own requirements. Just so that we are on the same page, is it where it goes {I|we|us}?

I hired Amir on 4/16 to write 10 articles for me on a beauty niche. I told him this was the first 10 out of 80 that I wanted him to do. While I didn't have to pay upfront, I was told that I would receive the articles one by one as he does them so I can review.

Unfortunately, I still have not received any articles. I told him this morning that I needed the articles completed by the end of day tomorrow (7 total days). He responded that can't since he has other jobs to work on.

He was professional all along and stayed in communication, its just too bad he wasn't able to deliver in a timely manner.

I am sorry..... I put my hands up that I was not able to deliver on time, but you have to give me credit for letting you know. You see I have a small problem...and that is that I have to be happy with the work that has been done for you, and until I am not 100% I will not submit it to you, with these articles they were ready and written but I was not happy with them, hence I did not submit them....

Anyway, I have time to take on a small job, and only 1 job for the time being......I have room to write 5 (500 words articles) with a turn around of 48 hours......if interested hit me up.
