Either the emails you are sending out are generic enough to use canned responses (in which case you can use a VA) or they are completely individual responses (in which case you're not going to be able to train a VA).
I don't see how you plan on training the VA if each e-mail is so unique that you can't even use a template. If the product has any sort of complexity, goodluck getting a VA to understand it's core.
