Full Disclosure: I got a small $10 discount, $50 total..

I'm really pleased with the way this service is structured - I think it's unique and a good one to intelligently throw at most projects - work was just completed today, so it's too early to tell on that front, but def very pleased overall.

Received my report, and here's my review:

1) I did receive everything promised in the advertisement
2) In general, the posts are fairly short and obviously written by someone whose native language is not English
3) The subdomain URL's were created with what appears to be random letters and numbers
4) Of the web 2.0's - 1 is member-only viewable, 1 is nofollow, 1 cannot be viewed in my browser
5) Photos used in posts were of competitor products, not the one being promoted

Bottom line: It is as advertised, so I couldn't possibly try to get a refund, but the quality level is such that I couldn't possibly recommend, or consider buying again.

speed:5/5, I get the report just 3 days after arrange payment. Really quick.
content:5/5, The content basically human readable. That's really good for google.
communicate:5/5, this guys seems stay online in 7*24 hrs, are you a monster?
quality: 5/5, that's really what I want to talk about, I have saw great SERP movement for my keyword(global search:6000+), has rocked from #14 to #6 by using the previous service, hope this time service could rock me again.

The SERP movement always tells everything. Let's waiting for the result.
 
Discount Copy Review

Speed: 5/5 Very fast TAT of 1 day!
Content: 4/5 Readable content. Excellent for the price.
Communcation: 5/5 Very good, always online.
Quality: 4/5 Decent quality web 2.0 properties. They do have images in each property, but do not appear to be properly formatted. I found a bit strange that Tier 2 Wikis have random names as their titles, but I guess that is fine for tier 2.
PR for High PR posts was advertised and Matt was kind enough to throw in 1 extra PR3 post! Very nice of him!
Social shares were as advertised.

The report was delivered 1 day ago and I haven't seen any movement yet, but it is most likely a bit to early.

Overall for the price this service is great!

Speed 4.5/5 he provides things so fast
content 5 /5 he uses unique content with high quality, I really love it
Communication 5/5 this guy is good, he always online and you can chat with him for any support anytime.
Quality: 4.5/5 Nice quality web 2.0 properties, you'll surely get some boost in serp like i do.

and yes, I'm ordering more for 3 of his package, and will look forward for serp movement.
