well recently I wanted to SEO in some other language but when it come to building content you need to know the Lang and hire some content writer in this language to write you...

now since it's hard thing to find ... I was wonder if taking an English article and translate it using google translate will give me good SERP result after posting in web 2 sites...

someone tried such a thing before?

I remember looking into this about a year ago. From what I remember, Google will recognize it as duplicate content, but you won't be penalized for it and nor will it cause canonical issues. Not 100% sure about this though.

I'm NOT talking about using copy material but on new content that never been used in english and then translate it with google translate... is this useful?

You can use any translator to translate your English content into any other language and guess what? It will not be marked as duplicate content.
