I am using sub id's to track campaigns with azoogle. Do you recommend tracking by each keyword? What about if you had 10,000 keywords in each campaign. Still track by keyword?
This thread has a bit of discussion on this. The short answer is if you have a way to automate it, sure, but otherwise it's not worth it to manually enter 10,000 different urls for your ads to track by single kw. Just track by group.
It is pretty easy to automate though - just run a script that takes a file of your keywords and puts them in the correct adwords form - keyword**bid**url.
