Ya whats the typically api charge shit I dont want to wake up one morning and see a bill for 1k in just Google api charges

Using the PPC engine's API is great, but the new features aren't technically spectacular by any means. Not sure if it's a jump over P202 justifiable with that cost.

I'm willing to jump on this. Anyone actively developing for P202? I can work off that, else I'll put it up on GitHub publicly and we can get all the programmers here to contribute.
We should do this. Hell, you could probably hire a developer to replicate most of T202 Pro's features for $3-$4K.

T202's billing structure is crazy, there's no way their hosting is so expensive that they need to charge $0.004 per click. A single dedicated server can easily handle 1,000,000 clicks per month- this does not cost $5K to host.
Prosper is an amazing product, but I think they're getting a bit too greedy with T202pro.

I've been adding some stuff to it. No that the software isn't useful and I appreciate their work but honestly though the code isn't that great. Like they never heard of classes and even functions for the most part. Anyway would almost be easier to start from scratch if you know good OO software design than build onto it if you plan on adding to it heavily.

there's other ways to get your data than the api. stats junky and ppc coach don't charge for api usage.
I can't speak for stats junky but ppc coach's tracker has API charges, if you use the API. But the charges are from Adwords, not from the tracker.

Yes the ppc coach tracker has api charges, but it's not updated the same way as t202 pro, so the charges are far less. I'm still curious how the little guys are going to get api tokens from yahoo and msn. I tried to work out something with both companies and got stonewalled as far as getting members the api tokens. (Unless it's just meant for the big dogs?) Either way it looks like a pretty solid program to me.

I don't know about MSN, but I didn't have to get YSM tokens. I hooked up the conversion tracking on my gold account and it works fine.

Good point about the 202pro updating. That probably makes a difference.

I tried it an cancelled after a couple of days playing with it. It looks promising but in my opinion something needs to change to make it less expensive when you run big campaigns.
