Tool To Download This Youtube Vid?

No idea why I can't download this particular Youtube vid. I'm sure I'm missing something stupid.

- This is a 4OD vid (not just a regular Youtube vid)
- It plays a 15 second ad before the actual content plays
- You might need a UK proxy to view it
- I've tried plugins like Flashgot and LiveHTTP etc they're not working this time

WTF.
