Take a break

Hey man, take a break from everything - would do you good.

Also, meditation has been very useful for me, give that a try.
 
Don't watch too much media - they overblow news and this cause panic to the general public. Decipher what is real news against fake. Don't believe everything.

Take a long walk, by the nature if possible. It will relax your mind.

Focus on things that are simple and important. Ruminating wont help.

Do workouts to sweat.

Almost of us feel what you feel and we must manage or control things that goes into our minds. Everything will be fine.


Absolutely true! don't watch TV anymore and go outside in Nature! those 2 alone will give a boost of positivity.

You should do yoga or you can go to gym.
My personal advice you should write affirmation daily to avoid negativity. Even I do that very helpful.
 
Yes, I actually feel like this very often, even now when pandemic situation is somewhat under control. I try to direct the anxiety towards productivity and focus on my work a lot, but sometimes it's impossible to even work as your thoughts are just filled with worry and fear. Don't know what's medicine for this condition, I try to walk, listen to music, meditate...
