Hey guys,

How is everyone? I hope all is going well with you guys.

I wonder how do you handle stress and anxiety brought about by this pandemic, and at the same time maintain your composure at work? I, myself don't feel good, I feel frustrated and irritated. Got so much problem going on.

I feel I have this anxiety thinking what will be the next problem be...

Did you also feel the same way?

Hi there)
Yeah, a lot of people have the same feeling, for sure.
As for me, I`m used to this way of life, also, i have more time for myself, for my dog, for reading, sport. I don`t spend 2 hours daily on the traffic gim

Good to hear Leadnetwork that you're doing great. I value the insights you provide. My thanks and appreciation.

Just try to find something positive every day, you will deal with all problems, I`am sure that daily problems doesn't worth your nerves

focus on your needs , plans ,work ,family and friends .

Thanks @Leadnetwork, @Knepper for your pieces of advice and positivity. Actually I found this article (Coping With COVID-19 When You Have A Mental Health Condition - Our Better World Community Blog) that gave a few points. And together with your suggestion, I listed a few positive things that I plan to do in a day and throughout the week. Upon listing these things, I find myself relax and a smiling. I think that is a good start :)

Thanks so much! Keep safe!

Don't watch too much media - they overblow news and this cause panic to the general public. Decipher what is real news against fake. Don't believe everything.

Take a long walk, by the nature if possible. It will relax your mind.

Focus on things that are simple and important. Ruminating wont help.

Do workouts to sweat.

Almost of us feel what you feel and we must manage or control things that goes into our minds. Everything will be fine.

Great advice :) Yeah you are right about the news. I myself is a victim of it. I often believe what's in the news. It is a stressor :(

I will follow your suggestions since they are all geared to a healthy mind, body and soul. Btw, what's your take on the vaccine?

Honestly, I am not so sure on the safety of the vaccine. I won't take it. I'd rather boost my immune system and live life simple. How about you?

I am reluctant about it. I wanted to take the vaccine but there are questions in my mind such as as how effective is the vaccine with the new mutation of the virus? things are going crazy..

stress at work is a normal situation for me, but I never let that stress take the best of me. Take a breather, overthinking won't do you any good.

Stress is common these days, If someone still doing work from home he/she is probably surrounded by stress, so you just need to control your mind these days and how will it happen by including yourself multiple tasks besides your professional work.

Guys thanks for positive and helpful comments. Yes, stress is inevitable and if only we could get rid of it - we have done a long time ago.

I think I need to meditate and calm myself to think things through. Btw, have anyone of you already took the Covid doze? How was it?

Usually externalizing our frustrations help to get ride of the stress. It can be writing down all the stressful elements in your life, talking to a friend/family member or punching your pillow as hard as you can.

Pandemic and lockdowns are not a fun situation for anyone but some people have more troubles to go through those difficult times.

Hope everything is going to be ok for you

All you need to remember is that problems, like everything in life, come and go. Try to recall a terrible problem you had a year ago. You got past that, didn't you? This is what keeps me going. Knowing that every single problem that I have in the present, will work itself out in the future :)

That is all in your head and how are you perceiving all your problems, it's important to stay calm, you will solve the problems but you won't get your nerve cells back
