What's everyones preferred method for AdWords to help avoid any QS issues.....setting up a 301 Redirect/PHP redirect, direct affiliate linking, or iFraming an offer on your domain? I don't wanna get slapped by Google on this campaign and have to move everything to another URL to keep it running.

Just launch it on a new domain, with new content. Full page iFrames are against their TOS, as are redirects (if you use your domain, and not the landing domain). Your display URL has to match the destination URL (last page the user lands on in the process).

I know, but it seems like so many people iframe and redirect. So they both seem to work, its just a question of which gets Google slapped first I guess.
It doesn't mean that it's right, or effective, if everyone is doing it. Keep in mind that most people iframing offers are noobs reading Clickbank ebooks, and not pros. Google eventually knocks those ads off, anyway.

If you really want to go big time, build a good site/page around it that won't get knocked - That will keep you up the longest, delivering the best ad history. If your ads get taken down, even after a few months, you're back to having no ad history.

Depends on what you're doing - it's not an easy yes or no answer. You need to test that bitch, a lot of the time a landing page in between helps overall conv. rate, sometimes it doesn't. If you don't test everything you are leaving cash $$ money on the table.

How about neither. Google's quality score wasn't put in place simply to screw over affiliates; it is to knock people out of the game who aren't delivering unique experiences.

Think about it this way. If AM was only about iframing or 301ing an offer to the merchants landing page, the merchant wouldn't have a need for an affiliate program. You'll never be successful if you keep trying those methods.

My advice is to pick a popular niche that you're interested in, and build an entire Website out of it. Create a blog, have comparisons, reviews, etc. Give the user a positive, unique experience and you'll be reward with both a.) high quality scores and b.) natural organic traffic.
