I ordered a Large Deal2 from hareedoptimizer a few weeks ago and I purposely waited before checking the links and OBL. I was pleasantly surprised how low the OBL still was, I expected the links to be spammed but they aren't. Many links have < 40 OBL.

I'll be ordering again in the near future...
