Thought of starting a porn site?

Anyone ever thought of starting a porn site? Something clean and simple that works without a crazy amount of pop-ups. I think there are probably some legal barriers which make it difficult but there is still room for a more user-oriented site like Welcome | PornoTube.com - Fuck Around which is a good (copied) concept but the videos really suck.

Yeah really.. thank God I got out of the adult industry before they revised that whole 2257 crap. Now everyone, even affiliates can get fucked by it.

hmm- never heard of that before .. what do they mean by "shall create and maintain individually identifiable records pertaining to every performer portrayed in such a visual depiction." You have to have on hand a file of every actor in videos on your site?

What about if you just link to the content and don't host the pics directly?
