Dude, there is a section in your CPA network where there are international offers listed. Get one of those, Maybe an offer in MExico, Bolivia, India, Greece, etc, Tweak your ad well on FB and you'll be good.

FB charges cents for CPM on Ads served in most of these 3rd world countries. FYI My offer gives me $1 for each lead. I average at around 4%. That means I have 40 Conversions and hence $40 having spent just $2.31.

You are just being a racist at your own peril. A legit lead from India is still a lead, and a dollar from Kazakhstan is not any different in color or in value from the one in Canada or US!!
