There's something wrong with this forum

There seems to be hardly any posts being made by anyone here. There's only scammers, it seems now. Just glancing down posts from "today" and there's like five

In some section, no one has posted in months.

This might be a complaint that has come up many times before, in recent week,s months (years?) but it seems like forums are dying and all the action is on Facebook now.

So sad, this place used to be such a fountain of knowledge.

Forums have slowly been replaced by social media. Still good places for information though. The only message boards I look at at all anymore is this one and gamefaqs. And It's mostly out of habit.

I guess you haven't heard the news? The forum's owner, Jon, was hit rather hard with a case of stage 4 "Jewitis".

In Jon's pursuit of profit (despite his claims of being a successful multi-millionaire affiliate marketer and all around entrepreneur) he decided to put the knowledge shared here by the WickedFire community behind a paywall and market some bullshit "Committed to Success" membership whereby he successfully collects your money and in return gives you nothing.

It's essentially the same thing his forebearers did with the Federal Reserve Bank and the institution of taxes on individual income.

In the end, it eroded the most essential part of any forum... THE COMMUNITY!

The Federal Reserve has literally nothing in common with paywalls or paid membership websites. Like, for real, nothing. You ought to spend more of your free time learning how the world around you works, sir. But hey, thank you for thinking of me.
