I couldn't get something here in LA or even in Compton for those prices. He's a lucky man.
Orlando has foreclosures for those prices and way lower if you shop around.
But honestly, who gives a shit how much the guy's house costs? some of the wealthiest people I've met, including some seriously old money fuckers, are incredibly frugal.
I'd take a decent paid off condo over a huge mortgage any day of the week.

Honestly, at 21 or 22, you shouldn't be spending much more than that anyway. If you are going to get a half million dollar mortgage on something it should be something that brings in income like a condo on The Gold Coast in downtown Chicago that you could rent to someone in the financial industry or advertising.
A dude that lives by himself with no room mates is enough to impress chicks under 21. lol You don't need a million dollar house to do that. You don't even need a new car. You just need a decent car, a clean apartment and some game. Young chicks are easy. They just want something to drink and a place to get naked. He should have that covered.

I would have to disagree. I know more big time affiliates that WON'T do business with EWA because of his "brand", image and actions than those that are drawn to it.
If he's ballin' as hard as some of you dick riders think, Eagle wouldn't be trolling the CPA section over on the Warrior Forum trying to pickup retarded newbie affiliates...

When I first started most networks rejected my apps and one of my friends happened to be with EWA at the time and I messaged Eagle directly and he let me in. I learned alot about AM from Jared, Eagle, and my friend... so + 10000 internets to birdman and my twin that works at EWA <3
