I often think about how sweet it would be to go back to 1996 to exploit the virgin internet to its fullest. I'm sure I'm not the only one here with that fantasy.
 
That's all I thought about when I watched the first half hour or so. Then I fell asleep.
 
And yet the mobile web is almost virginal (been fingered a few times) and gets about same attention as web did back then. What are you doin today to b a part?

There is more oportunity in mobile than in anything else, ever.

I too sometimes think about how sweet it would be to go back to 96 and register amazing domains, and be ready for the future.

Then I remember in 16 years time that many of hte opportunities I have now will be gone and I get back to the grind.

mmm, the internet before mail filters, rate limits, and CAPTCHAs ;)

was a wonderful place. Feels weird knowing that I can say "I remember the internet before CAPTCHAs"...
 
This video can easily be turned into a drinking game. Take a shot every time you hear the word internet. Take two shots every time you realize that this dude is a tool bag.

And back then, they paid out > $0.01 on banner impressions.
 
Those sweet sweet days of being like... 12 and using my kick ass 36.6kb/ external serial modem and dialup AOL account to download 1 porno pic. Nutted half way in the download and it only got to the elbow, so I stockpiled those pix (had like fitty). I was king... oh yesssssssssss

.....but this aside, I wish I had other things on my mind, like buying a few EMD's
