Let me clear some things up quickly --
Yes, Peter from BCG is real, he is most definitely NOT a sock puppet for anyone. He's kind of like an unassuming quiet guy with a mysterious tone, however if you don't bother him, he won't bother you, and respect certainly goes both ways. But if provoked, well, then I would imagine all bets are clearly off, and to his credit, he certainly does have a proven reputation of not being a very nice guy thereafter.
Pace -- There are a number of things very wrong here that you will not like to hear, so try not to be offended, and if you are, perhaps you're wound a bit too tight for this industry after all. You really can't expect to stir up the hornet's nest here and by emailing people who never opted-in to your newsletter (which is really just a bunch of links to your blog, twice) not to be pissed off, irritated, mad about it. But by getting me involved, you can't really expect me to just take your side because we shoot the shit on AIM here and there. Regardless of asking me to do so as a personal favor for you, I simply cannot stand by and allow you to fuck with people and then get upset when they fuck with you right back. If you can't handle it, don't start up with them. Plain and simple. You bugged me about it on AIM and linked me to this thread, so its your own damn fault for what I'm going to say here... Next time don't yell FIRE unless there really is a fire, or you're being raped (I heard that's more effective than crying for help).
1- You msg'ed me claiming there were death threats being made towards you and you didn't want to contact the authorities but instead, that I should fork over the people's information or ban and then delete this negative press of a thread, since I'm the owner of the site.
So far, I haven't seen a single death threat made towards you from anyone. If something happened between you and a member here offsite, via email perhaps, that's not really something I can do much about. I also strongly recommended to you that if there were in fact threats like that being made towards you, that you should contact your local police or the FBI. You said you didn't want to, because it would get messy for me and for WickedFire. Again, I disagree. The only way we would ever hand over anyone's information is if we're subpoenaed by the authorities, and even then, I can't see how that would really help since there haven't been any threats made that I can see.
2- You claimed that someone made a username here suggesting that you are gay. Again, I don't see any trace of that. I see a tag, but a tag is well, a tag. You're a blogger, so I would think you know the difference between a tag and a screen name. You also claimed that by someone suggesting that you are gay is a hate crime and being that I live in NYC and with the recent hate crimes going on here against the homosexual community that it would cause me a lot of drama. Again sir, I see absolutely nothing here suggesting it. The tag I see is not a hate crime at all. You also suggested that if you outted this "gay slur" that the amount of press it would attract about rampant industry wide gay bashing and threats in the affiliate marketing industry would be huge. Again, you're wrong, because the only "press" that would report such nonsense is your blog, or both of them.
3- You claimed that your blogs are "blowing up" in traffic. However according to my calculations, and the ones you even told me about, 1k-2k uniques is hardly what I would call "blowing up". Maybe if you meant that in a negative way, then yes, I'm sure we'd all agree there.
4- The email issue. You've outright screwed yourself on this one buddy. You plainly admitted in this thread yourself that you "acquired" the list of affiliates from "major networks" who gave you their entire affiliate databases in exchange for free ads on your blog. So really, even if those ads were removed, I have a feeling we'd see a Google Cache of it and if anyone were interested, we could question those "major affiliate networks" on WHY they were willing to risk the privacy of their affiliates in exchange for a bunch of peppered banner spots on your "blown up" blogs. I, personally, don't give a shit. But being that CAN-SPAM is a pretty big deal these days, you may want to either start over from scratch, get a lawyer, apologize to everyone, or continue doing your thing and risk the EXTREMELY negative blowback from your decision to not follow the very simple rules that everyone else seems to follow.
5- Please stop dropping my name. I really don't appreciate it. Especially when I wasn't even aware of it. We chat on AIM sometimes, I enjoy our conversations, but right now, I'm kinda pissed at you for wasting my fucking time and lying to me. I do not like being lied to.
So Pace... Please understand that no one here will be silenced because you don't like what they are saying. If they are saying something mean, deal with it tough guy. If they are making claims that are not true, take it up with them and subpoena us, but I would just like to inform you that we're not liable, in spite of whatever you may think. Its a forum, they can say what they like within our rules. Its owned by a private country, and hosted in a FREE COUNTRY. If you can blog about scammers, then they can bitch about a blogger who emails them without their permission. CHOOSE YOUR BATTLES WISELY.

I suspected that Pace was a bullshit artist for quite a while. Pace will sprinkle in exaggerations and lies to make himself look good and his opponent look bad.
Jon's posting pretty much completely confirmed my suspicions.
Pace completely shot his own foot off by telling Jon lies in order to coax him into this thread. Anyone who isn't delusional could plainly see what would happen if you did that to an admin of a forum. They would get irritated and your claims would get discredited.

Has anyone ever seen the name pace lattin or pesach lattin anywhere except on one of the 1 billion articles that "pace" wrote about himself or one of the interviews he managed to work or bully his way into? I challenge anyone to find any mention of the name pace or pesach lattin online in any official government type or court or filing or anything "official" with that name. I personally think that the "industry authority on compliance and fraud" is a fraud himself! I challenge anyone here to show me different.
