I just received my free sample from Jay.
Good communication here, Jay kept me up-to-date regarding the status of the order.
The article he provided followed the guidelines that were provided by me. The quality of writing, as others have stated in this thread, is really good. Although the topic is not an easy one, he showed a good grasp on it. I detected no grammar or spelling errors.
This is definitely some content that you can put on your main and sub-main sites. I wouldn't waste this content on link wheels or something. I'm fairly sure that if you give clear directions and feedback after each article, then as Jay masters the topic the content might be ready for being published on the main money site.
My only concern is that he says he has a team of writers which I'm always slightly afraid of due to different levels of quality from article to article and loss of experience about a specific topic when the article is undertaken by another writer.
I'd rate this service 9/10 if I were sure that all articles would be written by Jay. I'm fairly sure his team is experienced enough to write about broad topics like hosting or web design though, so in this case I wouldn't hesitate a second.

:music07: I purchased 5 articles and Jay sent me the report some hours ago. The articles are keyword rich and the writing is great, exactly the way i need it. Considering this 5 articles was for specific product and something more than just general seo, Jay did fantastic job. I am going to order some more very soon.

I think he's just too busy as his work is outstanding. He offered a free article to compensate for the messing around which I won't be taking him up on but I will be using his services again.
But Jay - realistic estimates of time to complete so we can all plan around it.
