The City Of Seven Hills Will Be Destroyed

The Catholic church is a minnow compared to the whale that is the U.S. public school system, when it comes to swimming in the ocean of child sexual abuse.

But the global criminal syndicate controls the education system and thus will cover up an entity that has allegedly committed "100 times" as much child abuse as the church.

They've also used their dictatorial control over the media to conduct a witch hunt against the one institution that dares to defy them; the Catholic church. They've dialed the propaganda up to a delirious frenzy, while commencing a complete blackout on the raping spree being conducted against our children in the public school system by their totalitarian foot-soldiers.

That's why most people today tend to think of the church as having high rates of molestation. Their thoughts on American public schools and sexual abuse, on the other hand, are virtually non-existent.

The reality is far, far different.

And yet you still support both organized religion and states.

LukeP, I'll be in Bangkok in a few hrs <3 (srsly, waiting at the gate for my flight)

All the more reason to get rid of both religion and public schools. Neither of them are doing this world any good.

If by "global criminal syndicate" you mean the US government, I agree with you.

Ding! Ding! Ding! Winnar winnar chicken dinnar!

-Something makes me think he'll never understand that point, sadly.

Sex abuse happens at private schools also. These are two recent articles :

Take away organized religion and schools, both public and private, and we are still left with abusers. There would still be youth sports leagues and various other programs, and people like Jerry Sandusky would still try to infiltrate those places.

Big Brothers is neither public or religiously affiliated..

Maybe the "end of the church" means that people will finally stop believing in fairy tales...

I mean seriously, if you believe everything that was written in the Bible 2000 years ago, you are fucking delusional.

These are the same people that didnt realize it was a good idea to wash their hands to prevent the spread of disease and thought the earth was flat!

You probably also believe that the people that wrote the 4 gospels about Jesus, actually knew him too!

But if you are not forced to pay directly or indirectly towards public schools, then more people can afford to send their kids to a school with a good reputation.

Yes, but the only part of a school's reputation I was commenting on was in regards to sex abuse, and most public schools don't have a bad reputation in that area. A private school can have the best reputation in the world, but there is still no screening process they can use that would guarantee that they don't hire a future abuser. Abusers are often those that would appear to be near perfect as far as their public reputation goes.

There are no guarantees in this world.

But you could opt to pay for a school where they screen for that.

What screening processes are available that are more effective at detecting child abusers than those currently used by public schools?

The above is a microcosm of the atheist thought process. An admission of vomiting their preconceived notions before seeing the evidence, then still attempting to theorize away the evidence to justify the preconceptions. It's a never-ending loop. Their absolute truth is their atheist religion.

It's a lot easier when you don't have to force round pegs into square holes and you can just sit back and let what happens happen.

Maybe the prophecy is true, maybe it isn't.

I'm just glad I don't have to live with the mental disorder known as atheism and can simply contemplate and enjoy the majesty of unfolding history without having to alter or deny parts of it. The facts will prove themselves.

I don't know and it doesn't matter for my argument. The customer can choose which school/which process he prefers.

Yes, I agree, but wasn't really commenting on freedom of choice, but rather raising questions about risk/reward relationships.

At what level of risk does a particular risk become a reason (not necessarily the only reason) to "get rid of" or to not partake in something? If the dangers posed by going to public school are over the line, then what about swimming (1,500 US children drown a year) or riding in automobiles (2,000 US child deaths year)?

I say the government should stay the fuck out of those issues and get out where it is in already (like public schooling). It is up for the individuals to decide what risk they and their kids are going to take.

Its not really because he is black. Its because his name is peter.
The last pope from Saint Malachys prophecy is called Peter the Roman. I am a hardcore skeptic but if he gets elected I may become catholic. Edit: also he has the nickname "Peter The Roman" in his native village.

So let me get this straight... he's predicting that a bloke called Peter (one of the commonest Catholic names) from Rome (the heart of the Roman Catholic Church) will become Pope?

I'd be more impressed if he was accurately predicting the papacy of Englebert the Wolverhamptonian.

I'd like to see CNN, FOX and NBC do their POLITICAL TRACKER SYSTEM ON CRACK MATRIX for the vote at the Vatican for the new pope.

Now THAT would be some lulz.

Think Mormon.org & Scientology would be the big media buyers for the ads during that coverage???
