$333.33/day is my goal!
It is quite simple, really...

Anybody can do this! Sign up for Google Adsense -> Build your site -> Add your banner -> Get it Live -> Somebody clicks on banner -> You've made your first 10 cents! Ok, so now what? You do that EXACT same thing over and over again! Build more and more sites, try different things --- Be creative! This can only turn complicated if you let it. You will find that your revenue will grow and grow and you may very well not have to do a thing to maintain it!

Remember: You can't be a perfectionist in this field. If you are, it will only slow you down. Be patient and keep at it! Anything is possible if you put your effort into it. It's really that simple! So what are you waiting for?! The best way to learn something new is by doing...:zzwhip:

I wish you great success.

I feel you wrote this for me personally. :)
I waste FAR too much time, trying to find the perfect template, (I'm no good at design), instead of just creating the site, adding the content and then later on if I want I can change the design.

Thanks for the advice (which I probably already knew but it helps when someone else tells you it )

Yeah, it's pretty much common sense.. No need to overcomplicate things. :) (Hence the short article) Sometimes it's important to just step back and take a fresh new look at things..

You mentioned design, let me ask you this: Which would you rather see?
1) A perfectly designed site, W3C compliant, months upon months of designing.. with absolutely NO content, and NO traffic.
2) A site you threw together within a day, with months and months of content and traffic buildup.

I would choose the traffic, but that's just me.

Remember - you can't expect to get the final result out of a brand new website. In fact, over time, with the profits you receive, you will be able to pay for a kick ass design! It's all about investing the money earned back into your sites, kinda like rolling a snowball.. Or a Katamari Ball haha

or what ten sites can produce with 15,000 uniques each... I tried the low quality, lots of sites route and I've made much more by having many high quality, very large sites. The large sites are more stable, and have higher potential for more lucrative advertising deals.

That's only my opinion.

Good point, Joe.

Quantity sites can have their benefits too. 19 other sites to back up it's place... more eggs in more baskets... but I agree, nothing wrong with building good quality sites. And there is no rule tos ay that a quantity site can't convert into a bigger quality site. Just remember that validation is not important, nor is going overboard with the design. Because when it comes down to it, Flashy everything will only distract users away from your banners.

Well yes, there is a difference between crap, flashy, and elegant. I go for elegant and from the looks of your sites - you do too.

lol.. I wish I got 0.10/click. Mine are generally 0.03-0.06

Mine are generally $0.50 to $1.60, but...I only get about 1 click every 1000 visitors and I only get about 40 visitors per day. So, I would rather get $0.03 - 0.06 per click and several thousand visitors.
