The Hummer's first rush at police left tire tracks on one cruiser's hood, officers say. After a brief pursuit, they say "Jacobs drove the Hummer into [an officer's] cruiser, peeling away the roof and smashing the engine as she drove on top of the car. Then, the Hummer toppled and fell on its passenger side."
