Swedish Company Demands Control Of My Domain

Sounds like you have made your decision. Probably a smart one. Good luck with everything.

Thanks bruh, funny thing is I have the .net for the name too, but it only jump off and onto the first page and they must not have seen it yet, lol... Maybe I'll start throwin some links at that so that it hits first page and then I can get threathened over that one too, LULZ....

If you need someone to communicate with them in Swedish I can do so free of charge. Native speaker here. AFAIK Swedish law only allows you to overtake domains if it's proven that you're in the same niche, had it happen to my father once; I'm no lawyer though.

maybe to late, but change the whois, buy a prepaid visa card from the supermarket (for hosting), change hosting, setup a site using the same domain but different niche.
If they want it then they can contact ICANN (pay the fees) and try to get it back. Delete all email accounts so the fail.

...if you wanted them to work a little.

You're pretty much screwed I'd suggest you 301 redirect it to a new domain asap if you have any organic traffic so you can be switched over before you hand it over or they take it.

I'd hand it over after annihilating the domain. Doorways, redirects, iframes, cloaking, mass xrumer links the lot. Get it deindexed. Make Google hate it. Ruin the domain and ensure they get no benefits from the work you have done. Make it completely and utterly worthless. Do it. Do it. Do it.

Theres no point it's almost assured that they don't want to do anything with it they just don't want him to have it or do what he's doing with it.

Yeah I suppose you're right. It'd still make me feel good though. :D

Call them up and suggest that you'll hand over the domain if they'll 301 redirect the domain to your new site that you'll place all your old content on. Then change G webmastertools to say site URL is changed and you may be able to keep ranking on your new site. They prob won't agree to this but even if it gets you a couple months leeway it could be worth it for them to save the $3-5k it would cost to submit a UDRP / WIPO case.

Create fake account. Transfer domain to fake account. Tell said company that you recently sold domain. Tell said company that they must contact fake owner of domain. ?winning

Get their IP address or state IP address. Add a script that sends that IP address to another random website. (Or "This domain has been taken down" page in website.) They believe you did what they wanted. They forget. Voila!
