Ok review time.
I received 5 links. 3 were .edu, 2 were .com.
PR's: 6,4,3,3,1. One of the .coms was the PR1. No clue why that would be included.
All except one supported anchor text. All were do follow. One of the edu's was a edu wiki, which I happened to like. Turn around was fast.
Provider included all sign-up emails and passwords, which I really like.
Only real negative (other than the strange pr1 .com) is that all the user names were the same. Just a personal preference.

All in all good work. Good prices too
