Suggest me a LCD Display

Shit $400 is a decent budget. I got a 21" Widescreen Samsung monitor, that even has DVI inputs, for under $200 (from Dell, when I bought my last batch of computers for the office). It's a sick monitor, the only thing I dislike is the (comparatively) slow refresh rate. But then again, I don't use it for gaming, so what do I care?

I've had good experiences with LG as well. If you watch the Sunday newspaper ads, you'll catch BestBuy selling LGs real cheap once in a while. Also, on Black Friday, they usually sell some kind of monitor (21" or larger) for less than retail cost. They use them as "doorbusters" - lose money on something in limited quantity that brings people in, in the hopes they buy more crap at an inflated price. It works, sadly. I know, I used to work for those assholes.

I've gotten monitors from TigerDirect in the past (I think it was TD anyway) and they usually have good prices. I'd check there too, if you don't feel like doing the brick-and-mortar shopping thing.
