Subreddit dedicated to hating on companies

I think the big point here is "who gives a shit?"

"Boohoo I saw a picture on the internet today and there was a Taco Bell logo on it. Now I'm going to spend hours of my day complaining about it on reddit - right after I finish eating my Crunchwrap Supreme™ of course which I was inexplicably compelled to purchase by that image I saw."

Feel free to take a shit on shills for scams and MLM programs and shit like that, but I don't see the need of giving even one shit about "legitimate" companies using sneaky tactics to increase brand awareness.

I think the problem is that every marketer is trying to offer dedicated proxies with a competitive 24/7 outstanding support, which creates a lot of noise and less signal. And its hard for the average peasant to know whos genuinely going to help them and who isnt. Wasn't there a skype chat like that once.

Reddit doesn't qualify as a forum. A forum is a place where people can gather and express or exchange ideas.

Reddit is just a circlejerk. A bunch of guys standing around jerking off over the same stuff.

Depends on the subreddit. The more popular they get, the more "Karma" is "important". /r/TrueReddit is decent for example.

I know. There are some subreddits that I'm on daily. I still hate it sometimes because of the circlejerk, but it has it uses. A necessary evil for certain things.

I have a very low tolerance for subredits turning sour (such as /r/AskMen for instance). They tend to become unbearable quickly. By that i mean, they are getting nearly facist in their inability to tolerate deviant perspectives and it is somehow frustrating to make comments just to have them burried by some neckbeard withing minutes.
