My #1 concern with spacex and the other few startups that are similar to them is that NASA & The federal government have stated SEVERAL times that they want to see rockets with 1:1000 failure rates (they want rockets to be as safe as cars) when NASA has a success rate of 1:20 or so. NASA & The government are more than willing to regulate space exploration out of existance.
