this is not exactly true, you can have assets in domains, technology, traffic etc. and these same people will still view you in a lower light because you are not apart of the norm.
i am not just going to go out and buy a house, car or stocks (which most "regular" people view as the only assets) to shut people up.
i get this alot people do not understand the years of learning and hours put in. the worst is how regular people think just because they can surf google and download mp3s they can run a successful internet business.
in my view there is 2 types of people in business. the entrepreneur and the regular joe. you should be thanking god the "regular joe" thinks this way because those are the exact people us entrepreneurs are making our money from.
most of them are to distracted by their own bullshit, thinking things are easy but never actually going out and doing it.
