Apart from it being disgusting to watch her grinning, this is actually silently socially acceptable way of disposing of unwanted litter in this part of the world. There are no shelters here (not in that rural area, at least), some of the dogs are roaming freely in the streets without owner and police wont lift a finger against that stupid kid because there are bigger stuff to deal with.
15 years ago when war ended in Bosnia, I remember there were teams of hunters hired by local authorities to exterminate all the stray dogs in cities because of the fear of spreading the disease. Hunter would approach to the dog, then pet it, dog would wag his tail happily and then hunter would put his gun (some sort of weakened shotgun, not sure what it was) against the dogs head and splatter his brains. Then he would throw the dog in one pig pile of dogs back in his truck and just dump them in one big pile on the ground and burn them later on. This is usually a way to prevent it from happening. Drown them or snap their necks
The sentiment you guys feel is very different. There is no way 4chan can do anything besides reporting this to the local police and to be honest, even if you manage to provoke an outrage the sentence will be something along the slap on the wrist.

I was going to type something similar, but you beat me to it. My first thought when watching the vid was 'meh'. There's been much, much worse done to humans throughout history (don't be a witch in the 15th century!). There's worse being done to humans now - there are more than 6 US soldiers dying overseas every day. There are more than 6 people that die in car crashes every day. More than 6 that die from heart disease/smoking/cancer/etc./etc.
Americans love to get all up in arms about shit, except the stuff that matters - with guns being the exception to the exception. When I was in the army I knew a guy that was from a farm in a remote place and for them it was normal to kill animals you can't take in and support - if they are of burden to you in some way. I remember he told me he and his father killed over 40 cats in a single day because there was an old lady that was feeding all those cats but couldn't do it anymore.
I mean, it's easy for us to look down on this but if you lived there you might see a different side of the coin.
World is not all rainbows and flowers. I mean just think about these dogs, if noone could train and feed them they'd probably form a pack and could become dangerous.
