1. Do I need a facebook/twitter account for the likes and tweets.
2. Will you be doing the descriptions. Do I need to send them and can they be in spintax format?
If we order this, can we get the retweets during a certain time of day on a day of the week (this is for a streaming show site, I want to hit it at the peak of the week)?

No need for a twitter account or facebook account, we do require a google plus 1 button with a counter as well as a facebook like button with a conter on the page that is to be promoted.
