She says... when the baby is old enough to ASK for the booby = time to ween.

Why? She says that that would be creepy.

Well, all babies from day 1 ask for the tit, it's just done so in the form of crying.

Would it be creepy if her child asked for yogurt? Or broccoli? I'm just curious how asking for a source of food is creepy.

It can be tough getting past societal norms.

Well there's a line somewhere. I mean at some point if your 18 year old son walked in and asked his mom for some boobie that would be weird right? So we know there's a line drawn somewhere. The question is where. For the most part, though, it doesn't usually matter. It's usually fine with whatever the mom and baby decide works for them...the breastfeeding 7 year old is anomaly.
