Snagit Screenshot Alternatives

Not exactly what OP is looking for, but I've been using Skitch (made by the guys from Evernote) to take quick screenshots and add text, arrows, etc. For simplicity and for what I am usually doing, I like it A LOT. But it is only for simple "one screenshot" stuff, like you can't even put two images together and they aren't trying to be a photo editor.

Puuuush.it as the guys above said is the best! You can get the premium account for something silly like 1$ a month

Sorry for thread crashing but don't want to open a new one. Does anyone know a good plugin to make a backup of a wordpress site so I can easily switch from one host to another?

If it's only 2-3 sites than just do it manually. Zip up the site folder in your public HTML folder, export the mysql files, find replace file strings for new domain, add domain to new cpanel, create DB, import old DB file, import site files via FTP, change user/pass DB in files for connecting to new DB user/pass info.

I find the imgur capture tool to be quite handy.

Jing is the way to go. You can take a quick screenshot or video, add arrows, text and boxes to it and share it via screencast link with the click of a button.

This. It's really quite straight-forward if it's a tiny amount you're moving. If you have a lot of sites then yeah bother looking for a solution, but for one or two it's easier and often more cost-effective just to do it yourself and be done with it and then you know it's done correctly too - in my experience anyway.
