Smiling Dog at His Birthday Cake

Hate to spoil things for youse, but I think birthday dog may have a manipulated smile.

Dog body language is different from ours. To them, a smile showing teeth is a sign of aggressive intentions. Dogs show their teeth when they're about to fight. You shouldn't smile at a dog when he's angry.

It's still a funny picture to humans, though.

... or it could simply be the ban from the hat pulling up the cheek a lil.

What's a shop? the smile? It never occurred to me that it would be, since I had a dog when I was a kid that would grin at me whenever she was in trouble. Also since it was in the pet thread I thought it was a member's dog.

I hate to burst bubbles too but, like BluuueJamm, I have also seen this pic outside of WF before and I'm 99% sure it was a funny Photoshop job someone made.

It's still awesome looking though.
