Hey Everyone,
My name is Matt Sauls, I do business development at SiteScout Inc. Someone pointed us to this thread so I thought I'd drop in and say hello.
Just to clarify, we have 2 products/services:
1. SiteScout AdServer: Affiliate-centric advertising technology. Very robust. Serve 3 ads at once. A good number of large advertisers use this platform.
2. SiteScout RTB: Demand Side Platform. Self-serve, real-time bidding. Choose your sites, upload banners, set targeting rules, buy traffic. Traffic sources currently include AdMeld, Pubmatic and the Rubicon Project.
We are in the process of combining these two services (and adding a lot of new features) to create one of the most advanced media buying/selling platforms anyone has seen.
We aren't affiliated with Rubicon in any way other than that they supply inventory for our RTB. They DID acquire a company called SiteScout. That company is sitescout.net. We are Sitescout.com.
sitescout - mad discrepancy issues with every publisher i used the tags on. zedo - garbage...has a really weird channel system, where you have to create channels for every placement.
rubicon - garbage, just waiting for them to crash, they bought fox audience network's 150 employees which they're about to lay off any day now...they can't get another round of funding...their ceo frank addante is the biggest self-centered douche ever...bangs his employees. check it out:

As for the other dumb fucks shouting "Forigner you are a retard bwahaha". I made a mistake, whatever, every other thread I've posted in on this forum has been the truth. You faggots wish you had as much insight and knowledge as me about this industry. Go ahead and make more jokes. I don't give a fuck.
Do you have any relevant industry information that you can share? Or are you just some piss boy for Eagle Web Assets that makes $500 a month cloaking FB ads?
Foreigner said:That's funny, one thread doesn't mean very much. Everything in the Eagle and Tatto Media thread is true. I'm much better connected in this industry then you think. Who the fuck are you anyway? Some lowly affiliate trying to hustle some bum ass affiliate offers on Rubicon through SiteScout?
As for the SiteScout thread. That company is retarded. They share an identical name with a company that Rubicon just bought and publicly blogged about. Everything is identical, except the .com vs .net at the end of their domain. The only reason affiliates are using their ad server is because of the multi-pane ads. Most affiliates are dumb fucks probably like you that cannot design and develop their own technology so they rely on 3rd party garbage like SiteScout.
You should change your name. You are easily confused with SiteScout.net.
I couldn't agree more about both, Zedo and SiteScout are both garbage. Their interface and general technology are outdated and far behind whats considered "cutting edge" or "sufficient" in the world of display advertising. Zedo's interface looks like it was designed in 2001. There technology is fairly decent as they serve a good amount of ads, but everything else is garbage. SiteScout is some no name company that just emerged a few months ago that offers multi pane ads. They will get sued soon enough because multi-pane ads have copyrights on them by the network that originally pioneered that ad format.
As for Rubicon, I know Frank Andante personally. I've always gotten the vibe that he is not very connected with The Rubicon Project. I wouldn't say he's a self centered douche bag though. Craig Roah took over at CEO in the early half of 2010 while Frank spent his time expanding Rubicon internationally. Most if not everyone on the Demand, Publisher, and Yield Management teams have left the Rubicon project. They're on their 2nd or 3rd cycle of employees since early 2010. The company is a mess. Their optimization technology is also awful. They totally crashed and burned towards Q2/Q3 of 2010 when they stated allowing affiliates and 4th tier affiliates disguised as networks such as Yabuka onto their platform. This hurt a lot of their publisher relationships. They still have a lot of dochebags on their promoting wrinkle creams with farticles and diet offers with flogs on a lot of their properties.
Why did you link us to Frank's blog? Where does it mention he's banging his employees on there?
Seems from reading your previous posts you're just a dirty festering rebill pusher like most of the other people using sitescout so maybe you should hush the fuck up.
Heh, if only you knew. Great grammar and vocabulary on that last post. I like that, it's refreshing over the hood speak typically seen here on these forums.
You should change your name. You are easily confused with SiteScout.net. Espacially since they're getting a ton more press then you. It's also easy to confuse you since Rubicon publicly blogged about acquiring a company called SiteScout. It further adds to the confusion that you mention the Rubicon Project on your website. Anyway I made a mistake, my apologies. Good luck with your product, it seems severely out gunned by your competitors. If you are trying to now become a DSP with RTB capability good luck competing with AppNEXUS...Seems like your only customers are affiliates looking to mimic the success of networks such as AdBlade and Pulse360 with multi-pane ads.

...when they stated allowing affiliates and 4th tier affiliates disguised as networks such as Yabuka onto their platform.
you go, chris...all the way "to hell and the handbasket" haha! quoting CMlol dont slam Yabuka because they rejected your busted ass from their platform.
Haha, you wish. Yabuka is an affiliate, not a platform. There is not a single branded lead generation advertiser on their "platform". It's all bum ass affiliates pushing the same garbage that everyone has been for the past 24 months. Get a clue fuck boy.lol dont slam Yabuka because they rejected your busted ass from their platform.

So basically your an affiliate pushing your "garage" on Yabuka's "platform"? Amright?how the fuck would you know? again, your ass prob got denied. Also, i didnt the qualification to become a "platform" meant you had to have 'branded' leadgen...
go back to your corner pushing 100 bucks a day on shit other than "garbage," queer.
