Simple 4 steps to full time income from internet marketing (for newbies)

Excellent! post. I have been among those who have the knowledge but never planned things as i should have or in other words was stuck in between desire and decision.
Now, I have decided and will put in all the energy which should take me to the top

JoseArmando, great post. I wish I knew this forum earlier, still I'm happy I have found it at all.

I would like to add one thing to the list that might be important to some people.

RELAX

It's probably based on all the things you have said, but once decision is made is time to make a plan and then execute it. But deep inside the head there should be a peaceful ocean. Because if there is a chaos, it's difficult to work and keep moving into right direction (unless someone have control over its internal chaos and knows how to use it as any other tool).

I mean sticking to the plan and not jumping from one thing to another. I have done it many times. This is also about trust in our own abilities.

For many people that might not be the case, but for me it was one of those things that got into my way and blocked progress. I was pushing accelerator to hard, spinning and burning tires.

So, right now I'm never in rush (rush after success, goals, money etc.). Sure, I work hard and trying to get better and better, I write my goals everyday, have my vision in front of me all the time, but I take it all easy now.

Every Saturday I'm out in the forests and having two, three hours just for myself. Changing place from time to time (and especially going into nature where all of this came from...) helps see things from different perspective.

And I see things I would never have noticed while seating in my home office (or being all the time in urbanized area between all those people). I'm now addicted to it and don't want to do without it. Actually I want more! That's why part of my vision is moving out of the city and civilization.

Anyway, RELAX and learn to control your internal nuclear reactor. Hmm.. If that makes sense to someone, that's cool.

Andrewkar I completely agree with your post.

Relaxation comes in play when we get impatient with new ideas. What happens is due to impatience projects that are just about to start making money get set aside. How many times have I started building on an idea and because it wasn't a huge money maker in a week or two I marked it as a failure. But to think just how far could I take them if only I put more time to let it fully flourish. I'd say most people in this industry experience this.

It's very rare to have a project that's profitable from the get go... But it's even rarer to work on something for months and put everything you have in to it and get absolutely no positive feedback.

Like you said, by being in no rush you give yourself time to optimize every part of the project. Honestly I truly believe that even the most idiotic ideas can be profitable (just think of pet rock) and it's only due to our impatience and a lack of being able to focus for long periods of time that separate a winning project from a complete failure. Almost ANYTHING can make money if you take enough time, aren't too anxious to make money fast with it and use fundamental principles like optimization.

We need to be almost like a river. Just slowly, calmly cutting in to the ancient stone almost without any results for long periods of time, indifferent to external forces until some day there's a whole canyon cut out of it.

Always liked this quote...
“The sea does not reward those who are too anxious, too greedy, or too impatient. To dig for treasures shows not only impatience and greed, but lack of faith. Patience, patience, patience, is what the sea teaches. Patience and faith. One should lie empty, open, choiceless as a beach—waiting for a gift from the sea.”

Good stuff right there

Nice article and a great read. I'm fairly new to internet marketing and trying to really start digging in and getting going. A lot of my problem has been belief in myself with this industry. Sometimes all it takes is reading the right article and just being able to connect with the content thats in it. Thanks again

Thanks OP for sharing your experience with us.
What you say is very true.
I believe the reason I fail last time is because I always stuck at stage 1 - knowledge. I read and read and read. Know many things. But never implement what I have learn.

Now, I tell myself to set goal and work toward my goal. That's the way to success.

wow that is a great post going to print that out and put that on my wall read over and over I gave up on online marking because didn't know how to do it and still having trouble but after that post I will learn and do it with none STOP !!!

Persistence is my biggest issue. Finding the time when working a full-time job can be tough, particularly with other commitments.

Good post - enjoyed it.

Awesome post. Having the right mind set is important and it's something I still need to work on till this day.

The most difficult part in all of this is believing in yourself.

Bang. There it is.

It can all be boiled down to this for 99% of the people out there, in any endeavor. Action isn't the first step; believing you personally can actually do it is a fundamental mindset that comes first.
