If you are looking to purchase, you should plan for $8/ip on a /22 and higher allocations or $9.50/ip for anything smaller (i.e. /24, /23). You would need to provide us payment and your ASN for transfer. We do have both ARIN, and RIPE available in IPv4. We have IPv6 in RIPE available in /29's.
