Has anyone here ever done this?

I'm considering it right now as I'd like to break from affiliate marketing for 8 months while I finish my university degree. I really can't focus on my campaigns once I hit the books and I know there is tons of potential as well as continued profitability in the long term.

I run about 5 profitable campaigns and do some high volume... I imagine if I left the campaigns alone they would slowly die over 6 months, where as if someone could maintain them and watch the keywords, get higher payouts, etc.. could take this 100-200% higher in 6 months.

If anyone is interested or knows how to handle selling campaigns like this let me know, it's an interesting concept...

I searched, you asked about selling your landing page?

This is about selling my landing pages, my campaigns/adgroup/ads/keywords in adwords (including the structure), my relationships with my AMs as well as my higher payouts, really this is my business that I've been building since january.

If I were to list this for sale I would be selling an income generating portfolio pulling down mad profit... that I'm quite passionate about.

Why not pay someone to manage it for you, so you can still bring in some money while you're going to school?

That is a possibility.

But honestly, I could not trust anyone but myself with this kind of thing. Managing someone is just as stressful / time consuming as doing the campaign management myself - something I dont want to do while at school. It would take seconds for someone to steal my shit and I'd be pretty screwed.

Take a multiple of the monthly profit generated from all the campaigns for one sale. For example, if they're all pulling in $50k per month gross, $25k profit, then take say 4 months profit, $100k to sell the whole package.

They buyer would easily make back what he or she paid and you're $100k on the plus side for all your troubles.

I'd be interested in picking them up if they're worth it and you can prove the income, (which should be simple if you're selling it all).

Yeah, I was thinking that since ppc campaigns and aff. marketing in general is so volatile that you can't apply the website rule of thumb of 6-12 months profit.

4-6 might be more reasonable.

I'm also potentially interested depending on how much $ we are talking. PM me the details

I'm thinking it's worth $50k for solid profits of $10k-15k /month ... not to mention the possibility of scaling out to $20k/month profit.

let me know which niches you are talking about. I am looking to buy your keywords

I'm pushing ringtones with my main keywords "free ringtones" and "free ring tones"...

the market is so hot right now.

If you're making 15,000 a month in profit and you're so passionate about affiliate marketing, why don't you just forget about the degree or even spread out the work and finish it over time? I don't get it.

The voice of reason. I concur. Why sell it if you're banking so hard on it?

PS - this is not the section to be making sales either, I know you're just "asking" if someone has ever done it before, but as soon as you post something that causes members here to contact you about a service or product, then it violates the rules... and it upsets Jon ... a lot.

:D

Agreed.

My campaigns are not for sale.. I'm riding these bitches into the ground.. even if it means B's instead of A's.. :)

Back to the topic though, after much thought it would be very hard to sell them - way too many technicalities.

Thanks,
Tob
