SEC Charges Mark Cuban With Insider Trading

What ever happened with this story? Is he going to jail or something?
 
I have a feeling the proof isn't reliable enough, if it's true at all. Cuban doesn't seem like someone who would purposefully take advantage of insider information on that large a scale. But neither does Martha Stewart, so who knows.
