San Bernardino to use eminent domain to seize all homes with underwater mortgages

I'll give you a hint, only half the homes are underwater. So when they say they are considering seizing ALL property with underwater mortgages, that would result in roughly HALF the property in the county being seized amirite?

Am I still qualified to write for Mashable?

yeah, i noticed that little logic anomoly myself, figured OP would smack that one out of the park himself.

Holy fuck you're dumb. Reread the article and my post and see if you can do the math yourself. If not, I'll have my 14 year old explain it to you.

The word "some" means, as used here in the article does not mean all...
San Bernadino is considering a plan to exercise eminent domain and seize mortgage liens on some of those underwater homes.

In addition to your spurious claim of "all", you've said "San Bernardino to use" when what you actually mean is "San Bernardino is considering using", but I suppose expecting you to not make shit up would be unrealistic.

One sentence, two items of total bullshit. Nice work.

instead of playing word games, do you intend to defend the substance of the proposal, skyfire? that would be a fun game to play.

Here again, you're missing something. The "some" refers to the fact that they plan to do this in phases, starting only with the underwater homes that are currently being paid on time, before moving on to others.

The funny part is you've spent an inordinate amount of time picking apart words from my post rather than actually commenting on the plan by a municipality to partner with a VC firm in order to steal property and resell it.

It's almost as if you think I give a fuck about your opinion of my headline writing, or post wording. If you would rather be dickrolled or trolled by Pewep there are plenty of threads that will suit you. I thought this piece of news was significant since nothing like this has ever been attempted before, and I figured I'd share it so that people could do their own research and draw their own conclusions.

By the way, I can have one of my kids tutor you in math if you still need it.
