Hi Guys, how are you?
I wanted o see if someone knows good networks/DSP's in Russia. I know AdfFox but it only allows entrance for Russian based companies. "Hubrus" doesn't sound good to me as well after speaking with person.

Anyone can help?

In Russia most popular is not banners, but teasers for display. Examples - POF, FB and their 110*80, so lot of those, sometimes unrelated and all in one box.

I would be wary of getting into the Russian market without any solid contacts there. I've spent a few years in Russia and still wary of getting into the market over there. But if you think you are onto something then don't let that stop you.

next to red square they simply stop the high end cars and ask for hand outs... simple traffic

How about connecting to a DSP outside Russia? I was actually looking for a DSP a few months ago and came across Bluagile, you could check out their website if you would like. They also offer a self-serve DSP
 
If you are looking for traffic in Russia, Ok.ru and Vk.com are very good sources.

They are social networks kinda like Facebook.
