I don't see how this is funny. Death threats, or any kind of threats are not cool even if it's just a "prank" by idiots from 4chan.

Neither is spreading viruses or stealing people's passwords (even if it's just myspace).

I'm laughing more at the fact of how CNN portrays them as some super 1337 hax0rs. Makes them seem 1000x worse than they really are. 4chan = buncha trolls

You all laugh at this, but this is serious. And I'm not talking about the "content" of that piece. What a surprise that this is being aired in the middle of a political net neutrality discussion. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to connect the dots.

While you laugh, many many other Fox viewers will be scared to death about that big black hole that is the internet and houses domestic terrorists who put bombs in your pickup truck.

Those folks have been scared of the net since 2000. Also not exactly sure what Net Neutrality and Hacking/Death Threats/etc have to do with each other, especially since the latter is already a crime.

Not to mention even if net neutrality camp loses... how is that gona stop cyber bullying and such, other than slow down someones "pipe" based on which website they wish to troll.
